Chelsea Bristow is a registered psychotherapist in Colorado, as well as a certified family trauma professional. She has a master-level education in forensic psychology from Walden University and a graduate-level degree in psychology from California Baptist University. Her clinical training primarily focuses on children and adolescent behavioral issues as well as trauma-related behavioral regulation issues. She has experience in trauma-related emotional deregulation, adolescent and child play therapy, trauma-related care, teenage pregnancy, and parenting techniques including the Nurturing Heart Approach. Chelsea comes from working with at-risk youth who have struggled with being displaced from the home, who are in foster care, who are being adopted, who are in trouble with the law, and those who have been court-ordered to seek therapy.

Chelsea strives to individualize therapy to fit the needs of each client based on an array of concepts and personal needs presented. She creates a comfortable environment for everyone to allow for honest and open conversations. Her warm presence shines through when working with children, allowing for kids to feel comfortable with the idea of going to therapy.
