Group Therapy Classes are educational and are designed to help you understand what is going on with you as well as teaching you how to deal with it in a group setting.
Group therapy is just that, therapy in a group, where the members are asked to keep confidentiality.
The dynamics of the group offer more diversity and perspectives to therapy.
If you see a group you are interested in, you must sign up 1 week in advance.
Seminars are done on a monthly basis. and vary on topic, NEXT Seminar, TBA
You need to sign up for Seminars 2 weeks in advance. The NEXT one is TBA.

- Seminar Rate- $100.00 per person
